A man with a beard, wearing sunglasses, a beanie, black gloves, a plaid shirt, and hiking gear, leans against a stone summit marker on a mountain. The background features rolling hills, a distant lake, and a cloudy sky.

About me…

I'm Russ, a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with 18 years of experience within the mental health sector. I’m based in North Lincolnshire. My journey with nature began with growing up among the natural landscapes of the countryside of Lincolnshire. This early love for the outdoors has evolved into a key part of my practice, as I've seen first-hand the powerful impact of nature on our mental health.

My approach offers a compassionate space to explore life's challenges, whether that's in the traditional therapy room setting, online, or by venturing outdoors. As an avid hiker, forager and all-round nature-lover, I believe in helping you develop a new relationship with yourself and the world around you, tapping into the restorative power of nature to help you find clarity and new ways of being.
