Step outside the therapy room and into a new space for healing.

Outdoor therapy combines the proven benefits of being in nature with established psychological practices. Instead of a traditional setting, we use the open, natural environment as a partner in your therapeutic journey.

The restorative power of the outdoors can help reduce stress, enhance clarity, and make it easier to explore challenges and gain new perspectives. I blend principles of nature connectedness with evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy.

Whether we're on a gentle walk or a more focused hike, we'll work collaboratively to help you cultivate a deeper sense of well-being and build the skills you need to flourish.

I offer both 1:1 therapy sessions and group-based interventions in the Lincolnshire area.
